Our Scope

PRODUCTION
Masfloor SB is mainly involved in the production of an extensive variety of PVC sheeting products, ranging from vinyl flooring to sheeting and vinyl tiles. It also manufactures chrome rollers, car silencers, car mats, window and door frames. Since its inception, it has become an established name in the PVC industry and it is presently the only vinyl flooring factory that meets local demands.

At Masfloor, extensive research and development activities are also carried out for purposes of product development with the view of keeping abreast with the ever changing trends and demands of local and international consumers.

The Company also subscribes to the principle of conservation by recycling its own factory wastes. These are not disposed off but reused as raw materials in the production of varioes other products.

PERFORMANCE
In spite of its relatively brief history, the Company has charted tremendous growth as evidenced by its production performance in the years since its establishment. Its production of vinyl flooring soared from an initial amount of 5,000 rolls per month to currently producing 35,000 rolls per month.

PRODUCTION DIVISION
The production division is responsible for the overall production and maintenance scheduling for the factory. It is also responsible for tracking and maintaining high efficiency standards of its own production machinery, to ensure that production is in line with Research & Development Department's approved formulations while at the same time keeping to maximum and effective utilisation of its internal reusable scrap. This division responsibilites include direct management of labour, production methods and organisation which includes proper balancing of timely production
