Our Products

Our range has demonstrated significant product development. The factory has now diversified from the production of vinyl flooring to include a wider range of other PVC products. Foremost amongst these are sheeting materials for raincoats, followed by vinyl tiles and PVC welded products, as well as chrome rollers, car silencers, window frame, door frame and cable sheeting.

MASLINO VINYL FLOORING
This is the main product of Masfloor and the Company has the capacity to produce 1,000,000 metres of vinyl flooring of various thickness monthly. The flooring is easy to install and simple to maintain, requiring only regular sweeping and mopping. It is sold in rolls according to various specifications with quality and price being determined by the thickness of flooring requested by customers. These flooring is available in a wide range of more than 100 modern or classic designs and patterns such as the WOOD, STONE, CERAMIC, CARPET and MODERN

Warehousing Department

The very basic function of the Warehousing Department is to enforce the implementation of a accurate and systematic inventory system which in more specific terms, entails proper recording of procedures, issuance and control as well as tracking or monitoring of all goods and stored materials. They also have to manage a manpower allocation that is productive to reduce disturbance in running the factory.

At the same time, the Warehousing Department carries the ultimate responsibility of ensuring the warehouse's safety and security by executing and fulfilling a systematic storage method of its raw materials as well as finished products. Special care and attention given to the safe stoage of all hazardous materials.

Raw & Recycled Materials Department

The Raw & Recycled Materials Department takes to task the classification as well as the quality determination of the recycled materials purchased. It also determines the allocation and utilization of its stock, the quality of the processed recycled materials as well as ensuring that these usage strictly follows the "Last In First Out" (LIFO) system.

Engineering Department

The Engineering Department is responsible not only for the overall plant production machinery, its electrical fittings and installations, it also plays the role of an in-house automobile maintenance center for Company vehicles; a role which assists while simultaneously ensuring the Company's overall efficiency standards.

This department's tasks are unique as it is responsible for applying its technical knowledge and expertise for the identification and evaluation process of new plants. The evaluation and recommendations for suitable machinery to be employed and utilized also comes from this department.

Research & Development Department

As another important section in the Production Division, the Research & Development Department employs efforts in extensive feasibility research to keep developing new and innovation products which can be profitably produced by the Company. Its efforts are also much directed towards the development of formulations for the various utilization of products for the Company.

The Research & Development Department also plays a crucial part in the testing, approving and certifying all formulations and raw materials for use in the production process. Priority is given to high quality standards. It also takes on the role of conducting frequent and systematic tests on products to ensure quality, whilst investigating and identifying causes, rejections and pollution in any of its products.

Production Planning Department

The Production Planning Department not only plans for the deliveries and production schedules, it acts as a vital link between the Production and the Marketing Divisions. To fulfill this role, the Production Planning Department commits itself to gather sales status effectively and regularly before forwarding these information to the Marketing Division. They continuously inform and provide the Production Division with volume and detail specifications required by the Marketing Division.

Design Department

The Design Department is solely responsible for developing innovative and new designs to suit both local and foreign demands and requirements, after extensive market surveys that reports design feasibility, marketability, market acceptance to increase profitability. To facilitate the accuracy of this function, the department places high importance in acquainting itself with global needs, designs and patterns.
